The school board adopted this report following a public hearing held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2004, in the Board Room of Plano ISD Center, 2700 W. 15th Street, Plano.

This document is available for public viewing online, at all Plano ISD schools and at the Plano ISD Administration Building. The Superintendent's Office at administration building also has a printed document available for public viewing.
