Description:
Staff has determined that the District has a quantity of items that are either no longer
serviceable, are obsolete, or have been replaced with new equipment.
Motor Pool Staff has determined that five vehicles on the attached list have been removed from service.
Staff recommends that the items listed on the attached spreadsheet be sold through the Internet auction.
Surplus list is attached.
Recommendation:
The administration recommends that the specified property be declared surplus and be
disposed of as allowed by law.
