Description:

The Board is requested to approve the 2008-2012 Mission statement, Beliefs, Guiding Principles and Strategic Goals. This document is the result of seven months' work by the Board of Trustees and Cabinet as well as eight staff and community focus groups. The Strategic Plan will serve as the foundation for the district's long-range planning and annual goals.

Recommendation:

The administration recommends approval of the 2008-2012 Strategic Plan.
