Description:
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of carpentry services for the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
Bid notifications were sent to twenty-three vendors and two vendors responded. The Facility Services Bid Committee has reviewed this bid and recommends that both bidders be awarded. The Bid is based on hourly rates and mark-up of materials. Staff will request quotes from both vendors to obtain the very best pricing on a project-by-project basis.

Recommendation:
The administration recommends that the bid for the purchase of carpentry service be awarded to Gibson Trim and Vortex Construction.

Contract Services Budget - $225,000.00
