Purpose: A - Request decision - closure required

Time: No time limit

Description:

This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of musical equipment throughout the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid. The initial term of this bid will be for sixteen months.

Fine Arts and Purchasing Services have reviewed the above-referenced bid. Staff recommends awarding the low bidder on all items with the exceptions of Items 1, 15, 18, 19, and 20. Justifications for each item exception are included in the tabulation sheet.
