Description:
This is a proposal that will establish an approved vendor and pricing for armored car services for all District locations. The term of the contract is three years, service to commence July 1, 2008.
Proposals were reviewed using price, quality of service, reputation, and best meets the District's needs as the evaluative criteria. Staff interviewed each company to clarify any concerns and issues.
Trinity Armored Security, Inc.'s overall rating, using the above criteria, ranked highest. References were called and Trinity Armored Security received excellent marks with emphasis on customer service and being proactive in any route issues.

Recommendation:
The administration recommends that the armored car services contract be awarded to Trinity Armored Security, Inc.
Business Impact:
Budgeted Operating and Food and Nutritional Services - $135,000.00
