j. Interlocal Agreement with City of Plano

Purpose: A - Request decision - closure required

Description:

This interlocal agreement with the City of Plano allows them to place wireless network equipment on District facilities. Our attorneys have reviewed the language and deemed it acceptable. We will expect a reciprocal agreement should future needs of the District require access to City facilities.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends approval of this interlocal agreement.
