Description:

To ensure compliance with recent IRS regulation changes, district legal counsel recommends that wording be inserted in the 2007-08 compensation plan to provide annualized (12 month) payment of salary in accordance with the district's payroll calendar and that the attached resolution be adopted.

Recommendation:

Approve attached resolution and revision to page 6 of the 2007-08 Compensation Plan document.
