Description:
Bids for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all bids and forwarded their recommendation to the Purchasing Services Department to be reviewed for compliance with Educational Code 44.031 and School Board Policy.
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of concrete and asphalt installation services for the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
The Facility Services Bid Committee has reviewed this bid. GT Construction provided the lowest responsive bid and has provided excellent service to the District. Staff also recommends that Choice Concrete be awarded as a Secondary Vendor, as they provided the next lowest responsive bid.
