Description:
Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all proposals and forwarded their recommendation to the Purchasing Services Department to be reviewed for compliance with Education Code and School Board Policy.
Following rejection of the single valid proposal, this project was re-advertised for Competitive Sealed Proposals. Five Contractors responded, and their proposals were received and opened on July 17, 2007. Representatives from Facility Planning and Construction and the Architect evaluated the Proposals in accordance with the published criteria and their relative weights.
