This bid has been in effect since August 8, 2004 and will expire on August 8, 2007. Staff requests that this bid be extended for sixty days. Currently there is a bidding process for this service, but it will not be completed before the existing bid's expiration date.

Able Communications is the current bid holder, and they agree to extend their service for sixty additional days.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that this bid be extended for sixty days.
