Description:

The Administration recommends the approval of a cell tower to be installed at the Jupiter Center by T-Mobile Texas, L.P. The recommended cell-tower is similar to those installed by other vendors at various sites district wide and has been approved by the City of Plano.

Tom Kimbrough has negotiated these contracts and built-in an initial fee of $24,000 per location with a 3% increase annually over the course of a 5-year contract.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends approval of a cell tower to be installed at the Jupiter Center by T-Mobile Texas, L.P.

Business Impact:

General Fund Revenue - $96,000, first year ($509,675 cumulative)
