Description:
Bids for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all bids and forwarded their recommendation to Purchasing Services to be reviewed for compliance with Education Code Section 44.031 and School Board Policy.
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of health supplies for the 2006-07 school year. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
Staff has reviewed this bid and recommends the acceptance of low bid on all items with the following exceptions: 3, 5, 9, 10, 17, 18, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 36, 38, 44, 47, 50, 51, 52, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60. The detailed justifications are provided for those exceptions.
