Closed session will be held in the Area Superintendent Conference Room.
A. Section 551.071: Private consultation with attorneys for school district regarding the following pending litigation: Civil Action No. 4:06CV119 in the case styled SWAT, et al., v. Plano ISD, et al.

III. Open Meeting -immediately following closed session
Meeting will be held in the Board Room

IV.Consider and act upon authorizing the attorneys for the school district to submit a Rule 68 (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) formal offer of settlement to the Court in Civil Action No. 4:06CV119 in the case styled SWAT, et al. v. Plano ISD, et al., and to take all actions necessary to effectuate the same.

V. Approve policies on first and final reading:
