Description:

This Change Order provides for raising the bleacher supports and adding stairs and two ramps. This will elevate the bleachers for proper viewing of the field. The work is necessary for the project and was not included in the original scope currently included in the contract. The Architect for the work has reviewed the pricing and has prepared and executed the Change Order form. The Contractor has executed the Change Order form. Summary: Original Contract Amount: $1,198,552.00 Previous Approved Change Orders: 0.00 Contract Amount prior to this Change Order 1,198,552.00 This Change Order Amount: 25,589.00 Contract Amount After This Change Order:$1,224,141.00 Construction Budget Estimate (including irrigation & grass): $1,464,150.00

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $25,589.00 be approved.
