Description:

Concurrent enrollment classes are college classes taught by Collin County Community College teachers according to the rules and regulations of the community college. These classes follow Collin County Community College procedures and do not necessarily follow all PISD policies concerning parent contact, grade reporting, development of semester exams, determining semester grades and other procedural policies. It is suggested that concurrent classes be exempt from these policies for the reasons listed above. This policy has been reviewed and approved by legal counsel.

Recommendation:

Approve Policy EIE(Local) on second reading.
