Description:

We are requesting a change in the date of the Professional Development day next year from February 12, 2007 to February 19, 2007. Administration of TAKS testing begins Feb. 13, 2007. Having a student holiday the day before TAKS can create logistical problems in getting students started on testing.

Recommendation:

Approve change.
