f. Disposal of Surplus Property

Purpose: A - Request decision - closure required

Time: No time limit

Description:

Staff has determined that the district has a quantity of items that are either no longer serviceable, are obsolete, or have been replaced with new equipment.

Motor Pool Staff has determined that the vehicle on the attached list had been removed from service and is no longer needed.

Staff recommends that the items listed on the attached spreadsheet be sold through the Internet auction.

Recommendation:

The administration recommends that the specified property be declared surplus and be disposed of as allowed by law.
