In accordance with the Policy for Facilities Construction - Construction Contracts, the project delivery/contract award method providing the best value to the District is recommended as listed below.

Delivery Method: Competitive Sealed Proposal
Project: Paving Projects (Haggard & Saigling)
Architect: WRA Architects
Delivery Method: Competitive Sealed Proposal
Project: Early Childhood Building Programs
Architect: WRA Architects
Delivery Method: Competitive Sealed Proposal
Recommendation:
The administration recommends that the listed Architects and Construction Delivery Methods for the projects listed be approved.
Business Impact:
These projects are to be funded with 2004 Bond Funds and future bond funds.
