Purpose: A - Request decision - closure required

Time: No time limit

Description:

This is a compliance bid that will establish a list of approved vendors, catalogs, and discounts for the purchase of cheerleading supplies for the school years 2007-2009. The discount from catalog allows staff the flexibility to find the items that best fit their requirements at the most competitive price. This is a two-year renewable bid.

Secondary Academic Services has reviewed this bid and recommends that all of the companies that submitted bids be awarded.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that this bid be awarded to the following: aai Trophies & Awards; Cheerleader & Danz Team; Dance N T's; EmbroidMe - Plano; Flipdog Sportswear; Shirts-To-Go; Team Go Figure; Teamleader; Tote Unlimited; UNIS; Varsity Spirit Fashions
