Description:

Joint Election Agreement: Plano ISD, City of Plano, Collin County Community College and Frisco ISD - This agreement provides for a joint election with the Plano ISD, the City of Plano, CCCCD and Frisco ISD to be held May 13, 2006. The four entities will share equally in the shared expenses of the polling locations, election officials, supplies, ballots, tabulation of election results, and any other necessary expenses for the election. Expenses unique to one entity will be billed solely to that entity. The entities have contracted with Collin County Elections Administration to perform the duties and responsibilities of the election on behalf of the entities.

Recommendation:

Approve joint election agreement.
