Description:
Local government code, Chapter 791, enables the District to purchase goods or services through interlocal agreements without using a bid process. Staff determined that the Texas Building and Procurement CISV Program has available several approved catalogs and vendors for Language Laboratory Equipment.
Instructional Technology Staff members have determined that equipment offered by Learning Media meets current needs and is a good value.
Recommendation:
The Administration recommends the approval of the purchase of language laboratory equipment from Learning Media.

Estimated Value: $53,400.00/
Budget/Financial Implication: 2004 Bond Funds.
Evaluation Criteria: Purchase Price; Best Meets the Needs of the District.
