2. Clark Stadium re-roofing, #1 and project close out

Description:

This Change reconciles the allowance balance remaining in the project. Areas of tapered insulation were not required after the existing roof was removed and the deck condition was revealed. This work is credited back to the project. The Work of this Contract has been completed, the required closeout documentation is complete, and the Project is ready for Final Acceptance. Summary: Original Contract Amount: $119,000.00 Previous Approved Change Orders: $0.00 Contract Amount prior to this Change Order: $119,000.00 This Change Order Amount: $(18,036.00) Contract Amount After This Change Order: $100,964.00

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that Change Order No. 1 in the deductive amount of ($18,036.00) be approved. The Administration also recommends that the work for the Clark Stadium Re-Roofing be accepted and that final payment, including the release of retainage, be made to McClung Roofing.
