Description:

At the March 4, 2008 meeting, the Board approved WRA and the Competitive Sealed Bid Proposal for the Early Childhood Building Programs. The administration withdraws this recommendation and is submitting a correction for the Architect and Construction Method for this project. The administration needs to withdraw this selection, due to a misstatement in the agenda, and resubmit for approval VLK Architects & Construction Manager at Risk for the Early Childhood Building Programs.

Recommendation:

The administration recommends withdrawing WRA Architect and the Competitive Sealed Proposal Delivery Method and approve VLK Architects and Construction Manager at Risk for the Early Childhood Building Programs.

Business Impact:

These projects are to be funded with Bond Funds.
