Description:
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of electrical maintenance service for the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
Tab sheet is attached.
Facility Services, Technology and Purchasing Services have reviewed the above-referenced bid. An evaluation committee comprised of each of these Departments made the recommendation for this bid. The recommendation is based on the lowest price.
Able Service Company is the current vendor for this service and has an excellent past relationship with the District.
Recommendation:
The Administration recommends that this bid be awarded to Able Service Company.
