Description:
This is a compliance proposal that will establish an approved vendor and pricing for the purchase of digital language labs and language lab upgrades for the District. This is the first year of a multiple year contract.
Instructional Technology and Purchasing Services have reviewed the proposals and recommend that Stevens Learning Systems be awarded. The submittal from Lab Resources was considered non-responsive since they stated that they could not meet our specifications and were submitting an alternate. The District's specifications were for six new units to be built-in, and four existing units to be upgraded.

Recommendation:
The Administration recommends that this bid be awarded to Stevens Learning Systems, Inc.
