Description:

This purchase will provide the necessary maintenance and software support for district-wide OpScan and iSIGHT scanners. The cost of this purchase is $51,540.00. The selected purchasing method is the use of a Sole Source Vendor. NCS Pearson is the sole source provider for this service.

Recommendation:

The administration recommends the purchase of the maintenance and software support for the district-wide OpScan and iSIGHT scanners from NCS Pearson be approved.

Business Impact:

Funding source will be M & O funds.
