Description:

This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of door locks and related hardware for the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid.

The Facility Services Bid Committee has reviewed this bid. The Committee recommends awarding the vendors offering the lowest prices per line item. The Committee evaluated the bid based on the overall response to all line items on the bid. Each of the submitting bidders has an excellent past relationship with the District. The vendors that supplied discount off catalog pricing are also recommended for award.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that the bid for the purchase of door locks and related hardware be awarded to:
