The 2006-2007 employee compensation package (excluding 820/830 compensation package passed at March 21st Board Meeting in the amount of $8,031,174) is submitted for your consideration and approval.
BUDGET IMPLICATIONS:
Exempt - Teachers, Librarians, and Nurses:
Teachers, nurses and librarians not paid out of General Operating Funds - $503,154
Exempt - Administrative/Program:
3.5% of control point general pay increase - $927,675
Exempt - Administrative/Management:
3.5% of control point general pay increase - $208,639
Paraprofessional - Instructional Support:
3.5% general pay increase - $792,824
Paraprofessional - Clerical/Technical:
3.5% general pay increase - $76,633
Auxiliary - Manual Trades:
3.5% general pay increase - $260,297
Benefits - $227,358
Lump Sum Payments of 2.0% of Control Rate for Over Max - $14,015
