Description:
This Change Order provides for additional work within the existing building. There are multiple issues to relocate and upgrade electric services and relocate gas service for $22,000.89. The balance is to reconfigure and refurbish existing spaces for their new uses and to address accessibility issues in the existing spaces, totaling $140,421.85. The work is necessary for the project and was not included in the original scope currently included in the contract.
The Architect for the work has reviewed the pricing and has prepared and executed the Change Order form. The Contractor has executed the Change Order form.
