Description:

This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of school bus engines. This is the first year of a renewable bid. Southwest International Trucks of McKinney, TX was the only bidder to respond to the bid. Southwest International has proven to be a reliable and respected vendor and is able to meet the needs of the district.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that this bid be awarded to Southwest International Trucks of McKinney, TX.
