Description:
The district is requesting the following waiver from TEA:
• Elementary Early Release Waiver for Plano ISD to have six (6) early release days for elementary students in order to facilitate teacher staff development on the individual elementary campuses. This request will enable teachers to enhance student instruction and achievement to meet the needs of every elementary student in our district.
Recommendation:
Approve waiver request to TEA.
