Purpose: A - Request decision - closure required

Time: No time limit

Description:

The District has reached an agreement with the United Pentecostal Church of Plano, DBA Abundant Life - D. Rigdon, to purchase a tract of land located at Parker Road and San Gabriel Drive, in the City of Plano. The property would be designated for a future school site. The land is approximately 12.92 acres. Attached is a copy of the site. The contract will be sent under separate cover. Also, as with other sites, the contract is subject to the receipt and review of a preliminary plat and an environmental assessment.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends the approval of a Real Estate Sales Contract between Plano ISD (Purchaser) and United Pentecostal Church of Plano, DBA Abundant Life - D. Rigdon (Seller) for the purchase of approximately 12.92 acres of land, subject to the receipt and review of a survey and an environmental assessment. The Superintendent or his Designee is authorized to close on the property after all terms and conditions set forth in the contract have been fulfilled.
