Description:
BUDGET IMPLICATIONS:
Teachers, Librarians and Nurses - $9,233,145
- $2,300/year increase for bachelor's (pay range 820) and master's (pay range 830) degree teachers (includes librarians and nurses)
- Increase starting salary to $43,150 for bachelor's degree teachers
- Increase starting salary to $45,150 for master's degree teachers
Other Professionals, Auxiliary and Paraprofessionals - $3,831,794
- 4.5% of the control rate general pay increase
Stipend Increases: $56,225
Estimated Total Cost (all funds): $13,064,939
Estimated Total Cost (General Operating Funds): $11,966,117
Notes:
- Includes pay range adjustments of 4.6% to the minimum, 2.0% range adjustment for the control rate and a 4.4% increase of the maximum of the pay ranges for 820 and 830 (teachers, librarians, and nurses)
- Includes pay range (minimum, control rate and maximum) adjustments of 3.5% for all employees (other than 820 and 830)
- Compensation plan documents, reflecting approved adjustments, will be submitted at June 5, 2007 Board meeting.
