Description:
An appropriate motion for board action on Localized Update 79 is as follows:
"I move that the board add, revise, or delete (LOCAL) policies as recommended by TASB Policy Service and according to the Instruction sheet for TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 79 with a change to BDAA and CH(LOCAL)."
This Update has been reviewed and approved by legal counsel.
A list of the policies is attached. The actual policies may be reviewed in the Superintendent's Office.
Recommendation:
Adopt (LOCAL) policies as presented on first reading and review updated (LEGAL) policies.
