Description:
Bids for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all bids and forwarded their recommendation to the Purchasing Services Department to be reviewed for compliance with Educational Code 44.031 and School Board Policy.
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of formal wear throughout the 2007-08 school year. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
Staff recommends the award to the lowest bidder for each item.

The Administration recommends that this bid be awarded to the following:
