The 2007-2008 Compensation Plan document is submitted for your review and approval. The Plan reflects the compensation package approved by the Board on May 15, 2007. Although the Plan will be accessible on-line, a small number will be printed.

Recommendation:

Approve the 2007-2008 Compensation Plan document.
