Description:

Each recommended method meets the criteria set forth in the Educational Code Section 44.031, 44.035, 44.038, and 44.039.

In accordance with the Policy for Facilities Construction - Construction Contracts, the project delivery/contract award method providing the best value to the District is recommended as listed below.

Recommendation:
Project   --  Architect -- Delivery Method
Administration Building Finishes & Upgrades -- Corgan Associates -- Competitive Sealed Proposal 

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that the listed Architect and Construction Delivery Method for the project listed be approved.
