Description:
Proposals for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all proposals and forwarded their recommendation to Purchasing Services to be reviewed for compliance with Education Code 44.031 and School Board Policy.
This is a proposal that will establish approved vendors and pricing for graphic artist services required by the Communications Department. This is the first year of a two-year renewable bid.
After reviewing the three proposals submitted by graphic artists for the District's 2006-2007 school year publications, the Communications Department recommends awarding Graphic Artist Services to the three proposers, all of whom meet our requirements.
Briley & Stables, Lambert Design, and Rainmaker Advertising have worked extensively with the school district for several years. These three companies are each strong candidates for working with Plano ISD in terms of creative design and customer service.

The Administration recommends that this bid be awarded to Briley & Stables, Lambert Design and Rainmaker Advertising.
