Description:
Bids for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all bids and forwarded their recommendation to Purchasing Services to be reviewed for compliance with Education Code 44.031 and School Board Policy.
This is a bid that will establish a list of approved vendors, catalogs, and discounts for the purchase of teaching aids. This is the first year of a renewable bid. This bid establishes discounts and criteria to give teachers and principals the best pricing with the most flexibility.
Staff recommends awarding all vendors submitting bids for teaching aids to achieve the widest range of choice for teachers and principals.

Recommendation:
The Administration recommends that the bid for teaching aids be awarded to all of the following vendors:
