Description:

Carpet replacement projects are being initiated at multiple locations. These are being done through the vendor currently on-bid at the established unit prices. The work is primarily the replacement of carpet, but some areas of vinyl composition tile and a limited amount of ceramic tile are also included to achieve a complete system. The vendor on-bid for this work is Larry's Interiors, Inc.

Summary of Work:
Gulledge Elementary School - $140,962.25
Robinson Middle School - $260,687.45
Administration Building - $273,956.09
Total   -  $675,605.79

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that the listed flooring projects be approved using Larry's Interior as the contractor.
