The 2008-2009 Compensation Plan document is submitted for your review and approval. The Plan reflects the compensation package approved by the Board on May 20, 2008. Although the Plan will be accessible on-line, a small number will be printed.

Recommendation:

Approve the 2008-09 Compensation Plan document.

This agenda item is for approval for the Plan document itself (no additional cost other than minimal printing).
