Description:

This bid has been in effect since June 21, 2005 and will expire on June 21, 2007. Staff requests that this bid be extended for ninety days. Currently there is a bidding process for this service, but it will not be completed before the existing bid's expiration date.

API Systems Group, SAS Security Alarm, Standard Security Systems and Texas Fire Protection Specialists are the current bid holders, and they agree to extend their service for ninety additional days.

Recommendation:

The administration recommends that this bid be extended for ninety days.
