Description:

Section A-Ratification of Interim Approval Interim authority was granted to the Superintendent's Designee to declare items as surplus and dispose of them from June 7, 2006 until August 1, 2006. The following items were evaluated and designated as surplus to be disposed of by Web Site Auction: (Items can be seen as an attachment.) Section B-Current Items To Be Approved For Disposal Staff has determined that the District has a quantity of items that are either no longer serviceable, are obsolete, or have been replaced with new equipment. The Warehouse staff has collected the following list of items that have been removed from service: (Items can be seen as an attachment.) Additionally Technology Deployment has the following items that have been removed from service: Serial Number Item Description 2NLNK11 Dell Power Edge Server GJK2V01 Dell Power Edge Server 1WHBD11 Dell Power Edge Server 4T2HG11 Dell Power Edge Server 07002169B NEC Multisync MT840 Staff recommends that these items be sold through the Internet auction.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that the specified property be declared surplus and be disposed of as allowed by law.
