Description:

Ratification of Interim Approval: Interim authority was granted to the Superintednent's Designee to declare items as surplus and dispose of them frm June 5, 2007 until August 7, 2007. Current Items to Be Approved for Disposal: Staff has determined that the District has a quantity of items that are either no longer serviceable, are obsolete, or have been replaced with new equipment. The attached list identifies each of these items.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends the the specified property be declared surplus and be disposed of as allowed by law.
