Description:
Bids for the following items were advertised, received, and opened by the Purchasing Services Department. The appropriate department has evaluated all bids and forwarded their recommendation to the Purchasing Services Department to be reviewed for compliance with Education Code Section 44.031 and School Board Policy.
This is a compliance bid that will establish a list of approved vendors, catalogs, and discounts for the purchase of sheet music and related supplies for the school years; 2007-2009. This bid may be renewed for one additional year.
The bid was formatted for a discount from catalog or price list. The discount from catalog allows staff the flexibility to find the items that best fit school needs at the most competitive price.
Staff recommends that all responsive bidders be awarded.
