The District has reached an agreement with Plano Montessori Associates, Inc. for the purchase of 3901 Pebble Creek Court and the Pebblecreek Professional Building Condominiums at 5804 Coit Road, Unit 102 and Unit 110.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends the approval of real estate contracts between Plano ISD (Purchaser) and Plano Montessori Associates, Inc. (Seller) for the purchase of real estate property at 3901 Pebble Creek Court and Pebblecreek Professional Building Condominiums at 5804 Coit Road, Unit 102 and Unit 110. The Superintendent or his Designee is authorized to close on the property after all terms and conditions set forth in the contract have been fulfilled.
