Purpose: A - Request decision - closure required

Description:

Added language providing that allegations can be investigated and evidence obtained, at Levels Two and Three, which may be used in responding to grievances. In addition, revisions allow for recording of employee grievances at Levels Two and Three. This policy has been reviewed and approved by legal counsel.

Recommendation:

Approve DGBA policy on 2nd reading
