Description:
The new owner of a convenience store near Forman Elementary School has asked that the attached amended restrictions be approved in order to clarify restrictions previously included in the original document. The site is well beyond the limitations imposed by the City through ordinance with regard to the location of these types of stores around schools and churches. Our attorney has reviewed the document.
Recommendation:
Approve amended declaration of restrictions as submitted.
