Description:

The appropriate department has evaluated this offer and forwarded their recommendation to Purchasing Services to be reviewed for compliance with Education Code 44.031 and School Board Policy. This purchase is in compliance with the sole source criteria contained in Education code 44.031, paragraph j. Competition is precluded by the existence of a copyright. My Learning Plan, Inc. provides a web-based professional development management system. The management system will facilitate the maintenance and tracking of professional development and compliance participation by empowering employees to manage their professional development via an online learning plan.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends that this purchase be awarded to My Learning Plan, Inc.
